Every year, the Valley Harvest Marathon is made possible by the generosity of hundreds of volunteers. We have dedicated groups who help year after year, including ICE Cheerleading, Kingsport Fitness and Wellness, Triton Swim, Horton D1 Girls Volleyball, and many individuals who make this event possible. To all of our incredible volunteers over the years, thank you!
This year, we have lots of volunteers needs. If you have some free time on race weekend or leading up to, we would appreciate your help! Our volunteer needs include:
- Participant kit assembly
- Kit Pick Up at Dartmouth and Wolfville locations
- Site set up and support for all races
- Course marshalling
- Cycle support
- Food services
- Medal presenting
- And more!

In addition to its fundraising goal, the Valley Harvest Marathon offers volunteer groups honorariums that can be directed to a charity or organization of their choice in exchange for their time and efforts.
