Cancellation Policy
The Valley Harvest Marathon does not offer registration deferrals or refunds for any of our races. In lieu of this policy, we offer the option to transfer your registration to another participant, or transfer to another distance. When transferring to another participant or to a shorter distance there will be a service charge of $1.95. When transferring to a longer race distance you will be charged the difference in price between the current distance and new distance, as well as the $1.95 service charge.
